PTOE Global Solutions is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to help build, maintain, and improve web and mobile-enabled business applications to support client projects.
This role is responsible for developing reliable, scalable, and user-friendly applications across the full technology stack, from database design and backend APIs to frontend interfaces and integrations. The ideal candidate is not only a coder, but someone who can understand business requirements, think through user workflows, and build solutions that support long-term growth.
The developer will work closely with the Head of Solution Delivery, UX/UI designers, product owners, content teams, and client-facing teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
This individual contributor role is designed for an agile technologist who thrives across diverse ecosystems. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling core business applications, ranging from high-performance PHP web platforms and enterprise systems to user-centric mobile applications.
As a vital member of our engineering team, you will turn complex operational requirements into clean, production-ready code, ensuring cross-platform compatibility, security, and exceptional performance across all digital touchpoints.

Application Development
Develop, maintain, and improve web applications, admin portals, dashboards, client systems, and community platforms.
Build clean, secure, and scalable backend functionality using modern frameworks such as Laravel, PHP, Node.js, or similar technologies.
Develop responsive frontend interfaces using technologies such as Vue, React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, or similar tools.

Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations between applications, third-party tools, payment platforms, email systems, analytics tools, and AI services.
Ensure proper data security, user permissions, authentication, and role-based access controls.
Support reporting, analytics, and data extraction requirements for client and internal applications

AI/API integrations, including OpenAI or other AI services.
Community platform features such as groups, feeds, comments, memberships, subscriptions, and notifications.
Reporting dashboards and analytics tools.
Cloud hosting, DevOps, deployment pipelines, cPanel, AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar.
WordPress, Webflow, or CMS integrations.
SaaS product development experience.
Multi-tenant application architecture.
Data privacy, security, and compliance awareness.
