IT Manager
IT Manager
The IT Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the technology environment.
This is not simply a technical support role.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of IT, identify risks and gaps before they become problems, establish standards and processes, manage technology platforms, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that our team has the systems and tools needed to work effectively.
You will work closely with leadership, project managers, developers, designers, and other team members. Depending on the project, you may also help assess or support technology environments for clients.
The right person will be comfortable moving between strategy and execution — able to recommend the right solution, document how it should work, and roll up their sleeves to implement or troubleshoot it.
